U.S. Department of Education Representative Christopher Wright tours award-winning Westside Preparatory Charter School. The photo was taken during a tour of the Westside Preparatory School in the Rio Linda Union School District on Nov. 1, 2006. Wright was in town to present the school with a national Blue Ribbon award, one of only two received in the Sacramento area. The other school was Rio Americano High School.
