Volunteers of the Fair Oaks Water District tested the race course at this year’s “Fair Oaks Spring Fest Toilet Bowl Challenge,” by pushing their commode cars through an obstacle course, before the girls’ team crossed the finish line near Plaza Park in the Old Fair Oaks Village.
