UFood Grill Co-Owners and sisters Tami Peed and Wendi Vogel (left to right), recently joined KCRA Channel 3 and My58 Morning Show host Deirdre Fitzpatrick and Chris Riva in the television studio to demonstrate how KCRA's morning viewers might enjoy a "fast food" chicken sandwich, while still sticking to their New Year's resolutions of healthy eating and losing weight. Fitzpatrick listened carefully as Peed and Vogel walked the KCRA viewers and crew through the list ingredients and assembly of creating a healthy, low-fat Chicken Bruschetta sandwich at home. UFood Grill in the Sacramento-region is located between Roseville & Rocklin on Pleasant Grove Blvd., in the Nugget Shopping Center.
